ABOUT THE JOB
The Online Marketing Analyst position will support the Director of Online Marketing to plan and execute online marketing programs, including, but not limited to:
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including contact strategy, targeted emails, and testing and coordinating promotions with the marketing department
- Analysis and optimization of Active email campaigns
- Monitoring financial results
- Suggest new marketing strategies to improve results
- Increase account revenues by defined goals month over month
- Report on the performance of all online marketing campaigns and suggest courses of action
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify/create new offers and opportunities
- Work closely with third-party vendors and internal departments to ensure consistency of programs and promotions across all channels
- Keep abreast of industry dynamics, trends, and opportunities and being proactive about seeking out industry news and changes
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
We`re looking for an energetic self-starter who will be proactive in driving revenue and exceeding goals. Candidates must be results-driven, have strong
analytical skills and be able to devise strategies to accomplish any objective. If you`re looking for a high-adrenaline position, KGM Direct is the place for

The Online Marketing Analyst should:
• Have great quantitative and analytical skills as well as strong Microsoft Excel skills;
• Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure (if working late at times is a problem, pls do not apply);
• Have the ability to effectively work in a team environment, as well as, independently
Graphic design/HTML skills are a HUGE plus!
Experience with Direct Marketing specifically with Online Exposure is a plus!
This is an Entry Level Position - The position pays depending on qualifications
and experience (range is $30K - $40K). We offer comprehensive benefits and an
